1Eligibility

2Account Registration and Management

To access the full range of mh77 services, you must register a personal account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will keep such information updated throughout the duration of your account.

  • Each individual may register only one account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

  • Deposits are credited to your mh77 wallet instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. mh77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
  • All funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes on the mh77 Platform. Depositing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity is not permitted and may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mh77 may require the player to verify their identity before processing any withdrawal. This requirement is applied consistently and is not a reflection of account standing.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to the availability of that method for payouts.

mh77 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. For Visa and Mastercard transactions, a processing fee may apply depending on your card issuer. Any applicable fees are disclosed in the cashier before you confirm the transaction.

4Bonuses and Promotions

mh77 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered and to the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

  • Bonuses are credited in BDT to your mh77 account wallet. Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
  • The wagering requirement for each bonus is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the bonus amount — or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount — must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash unless the applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mh77 Platform. Engaging in any of the conduct described below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

6Intellectual Property

10Amendments to These Terms
